Home Improvement star Zachery Ty Bryan was arrested late Friday in Eugene, Oregon for allegedly choking and assaulting his girlfriend. Bryan, 39, was sitting outside his apartment when police arrived, while his girlfriend, 27, had fled to a neighbor’s unit. The actor reportedly took the alleged victim’s phone when she attempted to call 911 after the assault. Bryan played Tim “The Tool Man” Taylor’s eldest son, Brad Taylor, in the popular 1990s sitcom.
