After a long battle with cancer,Venezuelan President Hugo Chávez died Tuesday. The outspoken leader was known for his Socialist agenda and anti-American stance. In this notorious 2006 speech at the United Nations, he referred to then-U.S. President George W. Bush as "the devil."
