Hulk Hogan is suing his friend, his friend’s ex-wife, and gossip website Gawker, after the website posted a sex tape featuring the former wrestler. Hogan said in the lawsuit that he had consensual sex with his friend’s ex-wife, Heather Clem, six years ago in her house, but says that he did not know he was being recorded—and it is illegal to record someone without their permission in Florida. Hogan is seeking $100 million in damages.
