If There Is One Brand of Sheets to Buy, It’s Brooklinen

SLEEP ON IT

I’m telling you that I’m kicking myself for waiting this long to try them out.

Being excited about getting socks as a gift is the old way of telling when you're an adult. The new way is being excited about a set of sheets. Brooklinen did that to me. And you can scoff and say "How great could sheets really be?" Well, kind reader, I'm telling you that I'm kicking myself for waiting this long to try them out, because even though I've tried multiple "luxury sheets," nothing has come close to feeling as great both right after opening and after a couple washes. The Luxe Core Sheet is 100% long-staple cotton and the patterns are adorable, yet grown up (I have them in Black Maze on Cream), but they also have a percale, a linen, and a twill version. They even have the sides of the fitted sheet labeled so you don't end up flipping it around a million times. I've relegated my old sheets to the back of my bathroom closet and just wash and reuse my Brooklinen sheets. There hasn't been any pilling or fading. They're just as soft (or softer) as when I got them. And hell, they just look damn good. - Jillian Lucas
