After a highway overpass collapsed Thursday in Kolkata, killing at least 24 people, Indian construction company IVRCL faces charges, including attempted murder, mischief, and criminal conspiracy. Police reportedly questioned more than 12 people from the company on Friday. It's not yet clear how many individuals, if any, will be charged in the event. An executive for the company has called the deadly accident "a God's act," so far denying any responsibility.
