A 51-year-old Indiana prison official has been charged with molesting a child at his home over a six-year period, state police said Wednesday. Thomas Francum, a technology director at the Indiana Department of Correction, allegedly molested the child on his leased home on the grounds of Pendleton Correctional Facility in Madison County, northeast of Indianapolis. Francum was released on bond after his arrest.
