A series of bombings on Saturday in central Baghdad and Abu Ghraib killed at least 12 people and injured 38 others, Iraqi officials said. At least eight of those deaths were in Abu Ghraib, where a minibus transporting construction workers hit an IED on a road frequently used by Iraqi armed forces. The other attack killed four and wounded 25 others in a predominantly Shia area of central Baghdad.
