The far-right candidate in Brazil’s presidential election, Jair Bolsonaro, won a sweeping victory, BBC News reports. With more than 92 percent of the votes counted, the Associated Press reports Bolsonaro had 56 percent of the vote, while Workers’ Party candidate Fernando Haddad trailed with about 44 percent.
