Jamaica pulled off a shocking upset Wednesday over the U.S. men’s soccer team in the Gold Cup semifinal in Atlanta, scoring twice in the first half for a 2-1 victory. The U.S. will not advance to the final for the first time since 2003. The U.S. has won three of the last five titles at the Gold Cup, which is the biennial championship tournament for North America, Central America, and the Caribbean. Jamaica, ranked 76th in the world, will head to the final Sunday against Mexico, which beat Panama 2-1. The U.S. will play for third place on Saturday.
