CNN president Jeff Zucker on Tuesday slammed former network contributor Donna Brazile’s controversial dealings with the Clinton campaign as “unethical” and “disgusting,” the Huffington Post reported. Campaign emails released by WikiLeaks showed Brazile, who is now the interim chairwoman of the DNC, tipping off Hillary Clinton’s aides with information about possible questions asked during a CNN-hosted Democratic primary debate with Sen. Bernie Sanders. According to sources present at Tuesday’s editorial meeting, Zucker lamented how Brazile’s actions “hurts all of us” because it calls into question whether campaigns can receive questions in advance. “I have no tolerance for her behavior or that kind of behavior,” he reportedly added. CNN announced on Monday—three days after the emails leaked—that Brazile had resigned from the network on October 14.
