Jeffrey Tambor will return to season five of Netflix’s Arrested Development, according to BuzzFeed News. In February, Tambor left Amazon Studio’s Transparent amid multiple allegations of sexual harassment. The actor was accused of harassment by his former assistant, Van Barnes, and his co-star on Transparent, Trace Lysette. Lysette claims that Tambor made “lewd, sexually suggestive and unwelcomed remarks” towards her and “physically pressed up against [her] in a sexually aggressive manner,” according to Deadline. Barnes claims Tambor exhibited “frequent and persistent sexual harassment, physical harassment, verbal abuse and abuse of power” towards her, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Tambor has denied the allegations. He will reprise his role as George Bluth Sr. on the Netflix series, which will reportedly begin streaming soon.
