Evangelical leader and Liberty University President Jerry Falwell Jr. endorsed Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump on Tuesday. Falwell said Trump is “a successful executive and entrepreneur, a wonderful father and a man who I believe can lead our country to greatness again.” The religious leader’s endorsement comes days before the Iowa caucuses and just a week after a nod from Sarah Palin, another devout Christian.
