Joe Giudice will not be returning to his “Real Housewife” when he completes his stint in the slammer. A judge in Pennsylvania’s York Immigration Court ruled Wednesday that Giudice, the husband of “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice, will be deported back to his native Italy upon completion of his 41-month prison sentence. “Based upon the law, I find you deportable and ineligible for any kind of relief,” said Judge John Ellington. Joe Giudice was sentenced in 2014 after pleading guilty to charges of conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, bankruptcy fraud, and failure to file tax returns. He is scheduled for release in March 2019. Teresa Giudice, who served nearly a year in prison for the couple’s crimes, previously said that she was open to the idea of following her husband back to Italy. Giudice has 30 days to appeal, and according to the New York Daily News, their family lawyer is “optimistic” that he will avoid deportation.
