A former crew member is suing actor Johnny Depp for allegedly punching him twice on the set of a movie about the death of Notorious B.I.G., according to a Monday report from The Hollywood Reporter. Gregg “Rocky” Brooks alleges that when he told Depp that the upcoming shot would be the last for the day while filming in April 2017, Depp “screamed obscenities” and “punched him twice in the ribs, then offered him $100,000 to punch back.” Brooks also claims that he was fired after he refused to waive his rights to sue. Depp did not immediately return The Hollywood Reporter’s request for comment.
