Jon Stewart: Fox Edited My Interview

Jon Stewart sparred with Chris Wallace on Fox News on Sunday—but the Daily Show host says producers gave Wallace an advantage by editing the interview to make Stewart appear erratic. “I suggest you look at the unedited version online where my emotional states don't seem to change so arbitrarily,'” Stewart said on his show on Monday. “The arguments are a little clearer and a little less like a scene from Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown.” Stewart also said that, in the unedited version, he gets Wallace to admit Fox News has a conservative bias. “I believe that we're the counterweight,” Wallace said when asked if Fox is ideologically similar to NBC News. “I think that they have a liberal agenda and I think we are the other side of the story.”
