Jon Stewart's short-form animated show for HBO Now never quite panned out and he's still got two stand-up specials in the works for the premium network. But first, the former Daily Show host will headline Night of Too Many Stars, a comedy benefit with proceeds going to proceeds going to Robert Smigel’s NEXT for AUTISM charity. “I'm back on television!” Stewart says in the first promo for the event, adding later, “Fuck, I got old.” And when an off-camera voice asks him if he can get rid of his retirement beard, Stewart replies, “No, you can't make me. It's my friend.” The special will air live on HBO from the Theater at Madison Square Garden in New York on Saturday, November 18th.
