Jordyn Woods, eyelash entrepreneur and recent Kardashian empire exile, just broke her silence on Red Table Talk. Last week, Jordyn appeared to betray her role as Kylie Jenner’s best friend by allegedly hooking up with Tristan Thompson, the father of Khloé Kardashian’s child. In the aftermath, Woods has suffered major consequences, reportedly losing her home (in Kylie’s guesthouse) and a major source of income. Naturally, Woods went to her close friends, the Smith family, to set the record straight.
In the Friday episode, Jada Pinkett Smith called the much-anticipated appearance “the hardest Red Table Talk that I’ve ever done,” before explaining the Smith family’s lifelong friendships with the Woods. Pinkett Smith stated that the backlash from the recent cheating allegations “has forced three families, the Woods, the Kardashians and Jenners, and the Smiths, into a painful and very public incident.”
The episode began in the Smith family home, with a FaceTime call from patriarch Will Smith. “The world attacks, it just happens,” he told a visibly emotional Woods. “But I want you to know that you are supported and I got you and we got you.”

“Take your medicine and tell your truth,” Smith concluded. “This is a part of what growing up is.”
Pinkett Smith and Woods then approached the red table, hand in hand, to “come clean” about the scandal. Woods recounted the fateful night, saying that she went to dinner and then out to a bar before following her group of friends to Tristan Thompson’s house. “He didn’t even personally invite me there,” she insisted. “It wasn’t like, ‘come see me.’” Still, she added, “That’s my first step where I went wrong…I should have gone home after the party.”
Woods insisted, “Never once was I giving him a lap dance, making out with him, sitting all over him. It’s just, we’re all together, we’re in a group. Never once did we leave the public area…We’re all in plain sight.”
While she reiterated multiple times that there was no “lap dance” involved, Woods did concede that at one point she was sitting next to Thompson with her legs draped over “the bottom of his legs,” saying, “If you’re looking for a story, I can understand why that would be the story.” While it “was just an innocent time” according to Woods, she admitted that, “I can’t be doing that…because there’s so much history involved. I wasn’t thinking right.”
Woods also confirmed reports that she didn’t leave Thompson’s house until early in the morning, but insists that it was within the context of an after party, and that they were never alone. She described herself as drunk, but “not beyond the point of recollection.”
“On the way out, [Thompson] did kiss me,” Woods continued. “It was a kiss on the lips, but no tongue kiss, no making out, nothing. And I don’t think that he’s wrong either because I allowed myself to be in that position,” she added. “And when alcohol’s involved, people make dumb moves.” She recalled leaving the house in “shock,” and thinking to herself, “let me just pretend like that didn’t happen.” Woods claimed that she talked to both Kylie Jenner and Khloé Kardashian in the morning and told them that she was at Thompson’s house. But when she spoke with Kardashian, she admitted, “In my head of trying to forget that part of the story, I was just like, you know, he was chill…I just knew how much turmoil was going on, that I was like, let me not just throw more fuel on the fire. I know I was trying to protect Khloé’s heart. She doesn’t deserve this either.”
“I was honest about being there, but I wasn’t honest about the actions that had taken place,” Woods conceded, before insisting, “I’m no homewrecker. I would never try to hurt someone’s home. Especially someone that I love.”
And, contrary to reports, Woods was adamant that, “I’m not the reason that Tristan and Khloé are not together.” Khloé Kardashian has already responded to the Red Table Talk episode on social media, tweeting, “Why are you lying @jordynwoods ?? If you’re going to try and save yourself by going public, INSTEAD OF CALLING ME PRIVATELY TO APOLOGIZE FIRST, at least be HONEST about your story. BTW, You ARE the reason my family broke up!”
When pressed by Pinkett Smith about allegations that she’s slept with Thompson, Woods responded, “Never a thought, never a consideration, never happened. And never will,” offering to take a lie detector test to prove it. She went on to deny rumors that they’ve been seeing each other regularly, saying that, “There’s been no relationship.”
Asked what she would do differently, she said that she would not have gone to the after party at Thompson’s house, and that, “I would have told the truth from the beginning.”
“This story that didn’t have to be what it was, turned into the biggest scandal or betrayal of the year. Because I’ve seen what has been done to my life in only a week based on how the media circulates,” Woods confided in Pinkett Smith. “They’re putting their focus on a young black woman who made a mistake, and not a mistake that’s worth public crucifixion.”
She said that her family has been unable to leave the house; “My brother can’t go to work, my sister can’t go to school…My mom can’t even go to the grocery store.” Woods concluded, “Whatever I did, I don’t think I deserve this.”
Woods revealed that she has been in communication with Kylie, and told Jenner that she would be speaking out on Red Table Talk. She also said that she has “spoken a little bit with [Khloé]” and attempted to apologize, but hasn’t had the opportunity to meet with her face to face. Doubtlessly alluding to the Kardashian world’s social media offensive, Woods pointed out that she hasn’t been “commenting back” online, explaining, “I’ve even been bullied by people who just a week before were telling me how much they loved me.” She concluded, “I get to see everyone’s true colors now.”
When asked if the whole scandal has just been a publicity stunt for the next season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Woods countered, “I wish I could say this was a publicity stunt, but it’s my real life. And real people are hurting.”
