One talk show will have to be enough for The View’s Joy Behar. The comedienne’s self-titled HLN program will end after two years, the network announced today. “I am very proud of the show that we created at HLN,” Behar said in a statement. The series, which will wrap up next month, hadn’t been foundering—its ratings had actually surged 38 percent in the third quarter on the strength of the network’s round-the-clock Casey Anthony coverage. But that wasn’t enough to save it from the ax; reruns of Nancy Grace are expected to run in its slot. Behar will continue to co-host The View, which she has done since 1997.
