TV personality Judge Joe Brown was sentenced to five days in jail on Monday after he acted "pretty raucous" and "challenged the authority" of Magistrate Harold Horne in Tennessee, a judge told CNN. Brown was in court to represent a client in a child-support case, and became angry when he found out his case was not on the afternoon docket. He was reportedly held in contempt five times before he was able to be removed from the courtroom. Brown’s reality-TV show was canceled last year after 15 years.
