Jason Dalton, the shooter in Kalamazoo, Mich., who shot and killed four people on a rampage, reportedly told police that Uber compelled him to kill. The mobile application "has the ability to take you over," he said, describing it as having a devil head that would pop up when a potential passenger was seeking a ride. "When I logged into the site, it started making me feel like a puppet," Dalton told police.
