Hours after bizarrely meeting Tuesday morning with President-elect Donald Trump in New York City, rapper Kanye West explained the conversation as a “multicultural issues”-focused one. “These issues included bullying, supporting teachers, modernizing curriculums, and violence in Chicago,” he explained on Twitter. “I feel it is important to have a direct line of communication with our future President if we truly want change.” He concluded his tweet-based explanation with “#2024,” indicating that either West no longer plans to run for president in 2020 (as he had tweeted late last year) or he believes Trump will be a two-term president.
