Guess Kate Plus 8 didn’t have the same ring to it as Jon & Kate Plus 8. TLC canceled Kate Gosselin’s reality show, Kate Plus 8, on Monday. “By the end of this season Kate Plus 8 will have hit the 150 episode mark (including Jon & Kate Plus 8); an exceptional milestone,” the network said in a statement. Kate Gosselin responded via tweet, “We’ve had a great run! Six years of whirlwind funfilled adventures thanks to TLC and many many supportive and diehard fans!” The final episode will air on Sept. 12, and the network said it may “check in periodically” with the Gosselin crew.
