Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh said in an interview with Fox News’ Martha MacCallum that he was a virgin throughout high school and “many years” after college. “We’re talking about an allegation of sexual assault. I’ve never sexually assaulted anyone,” he said, according to a transcript of the interview. “I did not have sexual intercourse or anything close to sexual intercourse in high school or for many years thereafter.” He then repeated that he remained a virgin in high school, throughout college, and in subsequent years. “I’ll leave it at that, many years after,” he said. Kavanaugh’s claims of virginity come after Christine Blasey Ford alleged that he attempted to assault her at a high school party and Deborah Ramirez accused him of exposing himself to her at a Yale dorm party.
