Missing Colorado mom Kelsey Berreth was killed by her ex over a child custody fight, her parents now allege in court papers, according to Radar Online. Berreth’s parents claim in an amended lawsuit that former fiance Patrick Frazee may have killed her to gain sole custody of their one-year-old daughter, Kaylee. Frazee faces a first degree murder charge even though Berreth’s body has not been found. Berreth, 29, was last spotted on Thanksgiving day. Krystal Lee Kenney, who was in a relationship with Frazee, recently said in court that she destroyed Berreth’s cell phone after Frazee’s alleged involvement in her death, per Radar Online. Frazee had allegedly solicited help to kill Berreth.
