Kerry Kennedy was arrested around 8 a.m. this morning after leaving the scene of a car crash on Interstate 684 in North Castle, N.Y. The ex-wife of Gov. Andrew Cuomo was charged with driving while ability-impaired by drugs, police said. Kennedy is believed to have been driving erratically with a flat tire when she struck a tractor-trailer. According to police, she was found behind the wheel of her car, and an investigation revealed she was driving under the influence of drugs.
