Samuel Willenberg, the last known survivor of the Nazi death camp Treblinka, died on Friday. He was 93. Willenberg managed to escape Treblinka, which is a notorious example of the Nazi's efforts to exterminate Europe's Jews as unlike other camps, its prisoners were not forced to labor. Most were killed upon arrival. About 875,000 people were murdered at Treblinka.
