Actress Lori Loughlin was released on $1 million bail Wednesday after her arraignment in federal court on conspiracy charges tied to a college entrance fraud scheme. Loughlin, perhaps most well-known for her portrayal of “Aunt Becky” on Full House, was arrested earlier in the day and ordered to turn in her passport by December 2019 as part of travel restrictions imposed by the judge. Loughlin is accused of bribing individuals and an athletic coach in order to get her daughter, 19-year-old influencer Olivia Jade, into the University of Southern California. TMZ later reported that Olivia was spending her spring break on USC chairman Rick Caruso's yacht in the Bahamas, along with Caruso's daughter and several other friends, when she learned of the indictment.“My daughter and a group of students left for spring break prior to the government's announcement yesterday,” Caruso told TMZ. “Once we became aware of the investigation, the young woman decided it would be in her best interests to return home.”
