Sketch comedy show MADtv will return to television nine years after its cancellation as an Emmy-winning, 14-season Fox series. According to Deadline, the series revival will air as eight hour-long primetime episodes on the CW. The original iteration of MADtv launched the careers of many prominent comedians, including Key & Peele creators Keegan-Michael Key and Jordan Peele, Family Guy voice star Alex Borstein, and The Mindy Project actor Ike Barinholtz. The program's original executive producer David E. Salzman will return in the same role.
