Elon Musk joined MAGA attacks on The Daily Show audience for whooping and cheering televised attacks on Tesla cars and Cybertrucks,
“Wow, you guys like petty acts of domestic terrorism,” smirked host Jordan Klepper, who devoted a segment to the vandal attacks on Tesla cars and showrooms across America.
Musk called the Comedy Central audience reaction to the attacks “super messed up.” His comment attracted 10.7 million viewers, who could also watch footage he posted from the show.
“Shouldn’t have to explain this to Elon, but it’s not about the Teslas,” Klepper posted on Instagram.
Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene posted on X, claiming: “The left has become anti–American.”
The Georgia congresswoman posted The Daily Show clip and added: “The same people cheering are the same people who cheered for Antifa anarchy, violent BLM riots, attacks on police, authoritarian covid lockdowns, and the past 4 years of Democrat controlled daily mass border invasions.”
Right-wing podcaster Tim Pool wrote on his X account: “The audience is cheering for public shootings, arson, and Terrorism.”
Right-leaning Libs of TikTok piled on, calling the audience “sick and deranged.”
“The Daily Show is justifying and practically celebrating the attacks on Teslas and Tesla locations—suggesting Elon deserves it,” they claimed. “The audience erupts in CHEERS to footage of Teslas on fire. They ‘prove’ people are mad at Elon by playing clips from townhalls which feature Soros-funded protesters.”
And End Wokeness posted: “The Daily Show’s audience applauds the domestic terror incidents against Tesla, disturbing even the liberal host…”
Attorney General Pam Bondi called the “swarm” of Tesla attacks “nothing short of domestic terrorism” and vowed harsh punishments for the perpetrators. White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt has also called the arsons “despicable.
A row of Teslas were set ablaze by arsonists at a Las Vegas service center on Tuesday. Guns were reportedly fired into the vehicles and a non-ignited Molotov cocktail was found near the scene. Two Cybertrucks also caught on fire at a dealership in Kansas City, Missouri, on Monday.
“Democrats were big supporters of Tesla and of electric vehicles until Elon Musk decided to vote for Donald Trump. So we would like Democrats to also come out and condemn this heinous violence that we have seen,” said Leavitt on Wednesday.
