Cesar Sayoc Jr., the primary suspect in the mail bombs sent to prominent Democratic figures last week, had “a list of more than 100 people” he intended to mail packages to, according to a tweet from CNN reporter AnneClaire Stapleton. The tweet notes that law-enforcement officials have been reaching out to those named on the list to alert them that they may have been a target. This announcement comes days after Sayoc was arrested in Florida, but only hours after yet another suspicious package addressed to CNN was intercepted at a mail facility in Atlanta. If confirmed, that package, which resembles the others, would be the third sent to CNN and the 14th in total.
