A man who told kids that Santa Claus is not real was arrested for trespassing outside a North Texas church on Saturday, according to The Associated Press. Authorities identified the man as Aaron Urbanski, one of several protesters outside a Cleburne church that was throwing a “breakfast with Santa event,” the AP said. Police happened upon Urbanski, 31, when responding to a trespassing complaint. Urbanski allegedly refused to leave and caused a disturbance. He was booked into the Johnson County Law Enforcement Center and charged with criminal trespass, per the AP. Cleburne’s mayor, Scott Cain, opined on the event in a Facebook post, writing “Don’t Mess With Santa!” “Guess they wanted coal in their stockings to go with a court appearance,” Cain also said.
