An Indiana man is suing his mother and father for $86,000 for destroying his porn collection. According to Fox 17, the plaintiff moved into his parents’ Michigan home in 2016 while he was going through a divorce and then left after a dispute. When his parents returned his belongings, his extensive pornography collection was missing and they admitted they got rid of it. “Believe it or not, one reason for why I destroyed your porn was for your own mental and emotional heath,” his father emailed, according to the lawsuit. “I would have done the same if I had found a kilo of crack cocaine. Someday, I hope you will understand.” The man, who was not identified, was not understanding and tried, unsuccessfully, to have his parents prosecuted, the TV station said.
