The 75-year old protester who was pushed to the ground by Buffalo police officers has a fractured skull and cannot walk, his lawyer said Tuesday. Martin Gugino had been peacefully protesting at a Black Lives Matter event in early June when he was shoved by the officers, who have since been charged with assault. Gugino has been attacked by President Donald Trump, who accused him of being an antifa “provocateur” and insisted he “fell harder than he was pushed.”
