The arrest comes almost a year after he was charged with assault after punching a female bus driver in the crotch. Oddly enough, he’s just the latest Lost actor to get in trouble behind the wheel. Wearing a polo shirt and khaki shorts, Kim kept his head down and did not speak to reporters as he left the station where he was arrested. His punishment included fines, a six-month driving ban, and community service. Character on Lost: Ana Lucia Cortez Charge: In 2006, actress Michelle Rodriguez pleaded guilty to DUI charges in Hawaii. The judge offered the Lost actress a choice between 240 hours of community service or five days in jail. Rodriguez chose the jail time and also paid a $500 fine. After serving jail time, the actress apologized for her behavior the night of the arrest. “I don’t [expletive] belong here! Why don’t you just put a gun to my head and shoot me!” she allegedly said that night, blaming her bad behavior on steroids she had been taking for allergies since she arrived in Hawaii. Character on Lost: Libby Smith Charge: Cynthia Watros, along with costar Michelle Rodriguez, was arrested in 2005 for drunk driving. The two actresses were driving in separate cars and were brought into custody together. Watros pleaded guilty and had her driver’s license suspended for 90 days, attended 14 hours of alcohol-abuse rehabilitation classes, and paid $307 in fines and court costs. Stoking Lost’s legions of conspiracy theorists, following their arrests both Watros and Rodriguez’s characters were killed off in the same episode. Character on Lost: Mr. Eko Charge: Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, who played former drug lord and priest Mr. Eko on Lost, was arrested in 2006 for disobeying a police officer and driving without a license. He posted $500 bail and was released after spending a little more than six hours in jail. But the charge was later dropped after he provided proof of insurance. Mark Sullivan / Getty Images Character on Lost: James “Sawyer” Ford Charge: Josh Holloway, who played the surly and sultry Sawyer, was arrested in 2007 for speeding in Hawaii. “We’re easy targets,” he said of the frequent Lost arrests. “First of all we’re on an island, which means it’s very easily patrolled. And we happen to be famous. I told ’em they should be embarrassed about giving me a ticket for doing 53 in a 35 zone. I mean, come on! Go catch real criminals!” Andrew H. Walker / Getty Images Character on Lost: Charlie Pace Charge: Drive Shaft’s front man Charlie, or Dominic Monaghan, was pulled over twice for speeding, and also was cited for driving without a license in Hawaii. Kevin Winter / Getty Images Character on Lost: Sayid Jarrah Charge: Another star victim to speeding tickets, Andrews, who playrf ex-militant Sayid, received two for allegedly driving 70 in a 35mph zone, and 42 in a 25mph zone. Pascal Le Segretain / Getty Images Character on Lost: Boone Carlyle Charge: One of the first Lost stars to get killed off the show, current Vampire Diaries heartthrob Ian Somerhalder was ticketed for speeding while shooting on the Hawaiian island, adding his name to the never-ending list of Lost stars to be cited. Miquel Benitez / Getty Images Character on Lost: Steve Jenkins Charge: Christian Bowman, who played the short-lived character Steve during the show’s first season, was arrested as a 12-year-old hitchhiking runaway youth. On his 18th birthday, Bowman was arrested a second time for drunk driving and jet lag that led to a car accident, killing four people, including his mother and girlfriend. Many years later he received a speeding ticket while filming Lost, a petty incident compared with his former offenses. Wikimedia Commons
