Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA), a constant and harsh critic of President Trump and his agenda, will give a national address after the president's State of the Union on Tuesday, BuzzFeed News reported on Friday night. She will speak at the beginning of a BET News special called "Angela Rye’s State of the Union," hosted by the Democratic political commentator.
