Donald Trump’s lawyers are claiming to have received evidence of “grave juror misconduct” in his New York hush money case, part of yet another bid to have the case dismissed. Now the president-elect, Trump was found guilty of 34 felony counts earlier this year—but his election last month raised questions about whether he would ever be sentenced for the crimes. Trump’s lawyers did not disclose what the misconduct in question was in a Dec. 3 letter unsealed by the court Tuesday, according to NBC News—but that didn’t stop Trump attorneys Todd Blanche and Emile Bove from asking that the case be dismissed. “This behavior is completely unacceptable and it demonstrates without question that the verdicts in this case are as unreliable as DA Bragg’s promise to protect Manhattanites from violent crime,” the pair wrote, according to NBC News. In a reply to the letter, the Manhattan District Attorney’s office described the misconduct allegations as “vague” and said that their summary of the situation, which was not made public, “contains inaccuracies.” Judge Juan Merchan, for his part, said it contained “unsworn and contested statements” that could threaten jurors’ safety. The news comes just one day after Judge Merchan ruled that the case should not be dismissed because of the Supreme Court’s ruling on presidential immunity.

A Virginia man died in a bizarre hunting accident when the bear his partner shot careened out of a tree and fell onto his head, state officials announced this week. The hunting group was following the bear when it ran up the tree, the state’s Department of Wildlife Resources said in a statement. One hunter shot the bear while the group retreated away—causing it to fall off its perch and crush another hunter, Lester C Harvey. THe 58-year-old was at least 10 feet away from the tree when the incident occurred, the department said. A member of the group administered first aid on Harvey before he was transported to the hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries last Friday. The hunting excursion took place 70 miles south of Richmond. Harvey was a contractor, as well as a married father of five with eight grandchildren. His online obituary said he was a “friend to all” and an “avid outdoorsman.”

Former Fox News host Geraldo Rivera said Tuesday that he believes his former “hang-out buddy” Donald Trump will try for an unprecedented third presidential term by seeking to alter the 22nd Amendment during his upcoming stint in the White House. “For future reference: President Trump & Co. will soon start chattering about revoking/amending the 22nd Amendment, which limits presidents to two four year terms,” Rivera wrote on X this week. “He just needs 38 of 50 state governments to agree to convene. (3/4ths) Trump won 30 in 2024. Trump in 2028?” Ratified in 1951, the 22nd Amendment says that no person elected into office can be president more than twice. It can be amended if two-thirds of the states—38 in total—petition for a convention. Trump notably won 30 of the 50 states in last month’s election. Rivera isn’t the first to suggest that Trump seek a third term—former White House chief strategist Steve Bannon also floated the idea during a New York Young Republican Club Gala on Sunday, telling the crowd: “I don’t know, maybe we do it again in ’28 ... Are you guys up for that? Trump ’28, come on, man!”

Rapper Megan Thee Stallion has asked for a restraining order to be issued against singer Tory Lanez on Tuesday, claiming that he is harassing her from prison through surrogates. In 2022, Lanez, whose legal name is Daystar Peterson, was convicted of three felonies for shooting Megan in the foot—including assault with a semiautomatic firearm, illegal possession of a firearm, and discharging a firearm with negligence. By 2023, he was sentenced to 10 years in prison for the crime. Filed by Megan, whose legal name is Megan Pete, in the Los Angeles Superior Court, the petition asked the judge to prevent Lanez from using third parties to invigorate online harassment against her. “Even now, while behind bars, Mr. Peterson shows no signs of stopping,” the petition read. “Despite being sentenced to 10 years in prison for shooting Ms. Pete, Mr. Peterson continues to subject her to repeated trauma and revictimization.” The petition claims that call logs from the correctional facility Lanez is being held in show that he’s coordinating attacks on the Traumazine artist. A court hearing on the restraining order has been scheduled for Jan. 9.

The motive for the deadly school shooting in Wisconsin involved a “combination of factors,” police said Tuesday. Natalie “Samantha” Rupnow, 15, opened fire at Abundant Life Christian School on Monday, killing two people and wounding six before taking her own life. Police Chief Shon Barnes said that finding Rupnow’s motive is now the top priority for investigators. He added that they are looking into her online activity, including a possible manifesto posted online. “We have been made aware of a manifesto, if you want to call it that, or some type of letter that’s been posted by someone who alleged to be her friend,” Barnes said. “We haven’t been able to locate that person yet, but that’s something we’re going to work on today.” Barnes said that police are looking into whether Rupnow’s parents owned the handgun she brought to school.

Luigi Mangione, the suspected killer of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, has been indicted on first and second-degree murder charges. Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg announced the charges on Tuesday, which also include multiple counts related to the possession of a weapon. If convicted of second-degree murder, Mangione will face 15 years to life, while if he is convicted of first-degree murder, he will face 20 years to life. “We allege that Luigi Mangione carried out the brazen, targeted and fatal shooting of United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson,” Bragg said in a statement. “This type of premeditated, targeted gun violence cannot and will not be tolerated, and my office has been working day in and day out to bring the defendant to justice.” A first-degree murder charge is rare under New York law because it requires a special set of circumstances, including when the victim is a judge, police officer or first responder, or when the killing is a murder-for-hire or done with an intent to commit terrorism, according to CNN. The 26-year-old will not fight his extradition to New York after being arrested in Pennsylvania on Dec. 9, his lawyer, Karen Friedman Agnifilo, told CNN. Mangione allegedly shot and killed Thompson in Manhattan on Dec. 4. Mangione will appear in Pennsylvania court on Thursday for an extradition hearing.

Sex toys are a fun and spicy way to add more excitement to the bedroom. However, most are designed for solo pleasure—which is a lot less exciting.MysteryVibe solved this issue with its Tenuto 2 vibrator. Now, MysteryVibe has improved its design and effectiveness in the new Tenuto Mini.

The secret to the Tenuto Mini is the three robust motors that deliver powerful vibrations on key erogenous zones at the head or base of the penis. It’s made with a water-resistant and flexible silicone that fits most penis sizes, soft or hard. The vibrations stimulate the penis to increase blood flow and arousal for harder erections.

30% off the original price

However, that’s not all this small-yet-mighty vibrator can do. The Tenuto Mini keeps men harder longer. Slide the vibrator down to the base of the penis to gently constrict blood flow, extending performance and pleasure. Plus, those powerful motors don’t forget the clit exists, stimulating it as well for mind-blowing pleasure.

Everything can be controlled via buttons on the vibrator itself or Bluetooth with the free companion app—opening up a whole new avenue of pleasure and play. With the app, you or your partner can explore and control 16 different vibrational intensity levels, fine-tuning the vibrator to both of your likings. Once you nailed it, save the vibration patterns for quick access for the next time. The only limitation is your imagination. Worried about privacy? MysteryVibe thought of that. The packaging is discreet and—as a bonus—the shipping is free.

Jamie Foxx’s Birthday Dinner Glass-Throwing Culprit Exposed
JACKA**

The culprit behind Jamie Foxx’s birthday dinner injury has been revealed, per TMZ. According to the site, a disagreement began when crew members from the Jack--- franchise pointed a laser image in the shape of a penis at Foxx’s table, as he dined with 50 guests to celebrate his big day, including his two daughters. Sources tell the site the prank may have been in retaliation for Foxx not accepting a drink or waving back at the 12 crew members, who’d tried to get his attention earlier in the night. Reportedly offended by the move because his teenage children were present, Foxx (with a few friends) went to address the matter with the Jack--- crew, who were dining in an area above Foxx’s table. The resulting confrontation led to one of the crew members throwing the glass, which hit him in the face, interrupting his birthday celebration with a trip to the hospital for stitches. None of the famous faces of Jack--- were present, TMZ reports, but the VIP room where they dined was rented by Dickhouse Productions, which is owned and operated by Johnny Knoxville, Jeff Tremaine, and Spike Jonze.

Man Found Guilty for Murder of Cash App Founder Bob Lee

A California man was convicted on charges of second-degree murder for the 2023 stabbing of Bob Lee, one of the founders of mobile payment service Cash App, in a gruesome attack that shook the tony San Francisco neighborhood where it took place. A jury found Nima Momeni, a 40-year-old former tech consultant, guilty for second-degree murder, but did not convict him on first-degree murder charges—meaning they did not believe the stabbing was premeditated. “We think justice was done here today,” the victim’s brother Tim Oliver Lee told reporters after the verdict was handed down. “What matters today is that we had a guilty verdict and Nima Momeni is going away for a very long time.” Tuesday’s verdict came months after a long and complex trial began in October, where prosecutors and defense attorneys scrutinized Lee’s behavior and alleged drug use. Lee was reportedly romantically involved with Momeni’s sister, Khazar Momeni, and the dispute between the two men began after she kicked them out of her apartment after a night of partying. The tech founder had a cocktail of recreational drugs in his system when he died, and Momeni claimed a bad joke he told sparked the argument that lead to his death. At trial, lawyers for Momeni tried to argue that the stabbing was in self-defense after Lee became aggressive.
