Gossip columnist Michael Wolff publicly thanked President Donald Trump Thursday for making his new book, Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House, a massive success. The explosive new book, which currently sits at #1 on Amazon, was supposed to be released on Tuesday, January 9. But due to “unprecedented demand,” publisher Henry Holt announced that it would be moving the release date up four days to Friday, January 5. The move came after President Trump’s lawyers sent a cease and desist letter to Wolff and his publisher, demanding they halt the publication of the book, which has already been excerpted by numerous publications this week. Trump personally dictated his scathing response to the many damaging quotes from his former chief strategist Steve Bannon that appear in the book.
