Michelle Obama appears set to spill details of her relationship with husband Barack on Kylie Kelceās podcast this week.
In a preview for the episode, which drops Thursday, the former first lady revealed that bedtime can be a contentious time for the couple.
āMy husband teases me about how early I can go to bed,ā Obama said. āHe just doesnāt understandāthe idea of getting into some good sheets, and itās cool.ā
āIf we have got people in the house, Iām game, Iām there, Iām up, Iām init. Iām laughing, Iām talking,ā she added. āBut the minute we finish up, Iām just trying not to go to bed before the sun goes down.ā
Kelceāwho is the wife of retired NFL star Jason Kelceāasked Obama what her āidealā bedtime is. The former first lady didnāt mince words: āMan, any time after dinner,ā she said, breaking into laughter.
Getting more specific, Obama shared that her two daughters, Malia and Sasha, were early sleepers as children.
āBath time 7:00, bedtime 7:30, and then I had like at least a couple hours where nobody was asking me for anything,ā she said. āAnd maybe thatās where I got the early bedtime from.ā

Divorce rumors have swirled around the Obamas over the past few months. The ex-president flew solo to both President Jimmy Carterās funeral and President Donald Trumpās inauguration.
But Barack, 63, and Michelle, 61, seemed to shut down the speculation with a pair of simultaneous Valentineās Day social media posts gushing over each other.
Earlier this month, however, Barack was again without Michelle in public. He sat court-side at a Clippers game with the teamās owner, Steven Ballmer, and his wife, which sparked another surge of gossip about potential marital troubles.
Michelleās appearance on Kelceās popular podcastāwhich beat out Joe Rogan on the charts in Decemberācomes as the ex-first lady has kicked off her own foray into podcasting.
Kelce revealed in January that her personal politics āaggressively leanā left. At the same time, she said that Michelle was a dream guest for her show, Not Gonna Lie.
āI would talk to Michelle Obama in a heartbeat, and I know she is not personally running, but I would love it if she would,ā Kelce told The New York Times at the time.
This week, the dream has come true.
