Vice President Mike Pence said Monday that the reports claiming a sexual relationship—and then payoff—between porn star Stormy Daniels and President Trump are “baseless.” In an interview, Pence said he is “not going to comment on the latest baseless allegations against the president.” This remark comes in reaction to a Wall Street Journal report claiming that President Trump’s lawyer attempted to pay the adult-film actress “hush money,” and a 2011 tell-all interview that was recently published by In Touch (in which Daniels recounted, in explicit detail, their sexual affair).
