The Jersey Shore reality-TV star Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino and his brother Marc pleaded guilty Friday to federal tax law violations. Mike previously pleaded guilty to “one count of tax evasion” in 2011 and his brother has pleaded guilty to “one count of aiding in the preparation of a fraudulent tax return” in 2010, according to the Department of Justice press release. They had both pleaded guilty in 2015 for “conspiring to defraud the United States with respect to their tax liabilities.” The brothers will be sentenced on April 25, where “The Situation” faces a minimum of five years in prison and his brother faces a minimum of three years in prison.
