Worse flooding is still to come in Minot, North Dakota. The town's Souris River already surged past a 130-year-old record Friday, but more rain is expected Saturday. More than 2,500 homes were under water, and another 2,500 are being threatened. More than 12,000 people were evacuated from Minot, a quarter of the town's population. Some 90 percent of the people in the flood zone have no flood insurance.
