Nina Davuluri, better known as Miss New York, was crowned Miss America Sunday night. Davuluri hails from Syracuse and wants to become a doctor. During the question and answer round, Davuluri said that she doesn't believe in plastic surgery because Miss America should belieive in who she is. This is the second year in a row that Miss New York won the competition. Last year, Brooklynite Mallory Hagan took home the crown.
