Missouri Bill Defines Lobbyist-Lawmaker Sex as a ‘Gift’

A new bill introduced this week in Missouri's House of Representatives defines sex between lobbyists and state lawmakers as a "gift." Under the law, which was sponsored by Republican Rep. Bart Korman, such relationships must be disclosed to the Missouri Ethics Commission on monthly lobbyist gift disclosure forms.
