The U.S. Navy admitted Friday that one of its aircrafts drew penises in the sky over Okanogan County in Washington state. “The Navy holds its aircrew to the highest standards and we find this absolutely unacceptable, of zero training value, and we are holding the crew accountable,” said officials with the Naval Air Station Whidbey Island. Federal Aviation Administration officials told KREM 2 that they can’t do anything about the drawings unless the act poses a safety risk, adding that they “cannot police morality.”
