NBC is reportedly imposing a zero-tolerance sexual-harassment policy in the wake of former Today show host Matt Lauer’s ouster, evidently telling staffers to either come clean about their knowledge of misbehaving coworkers or face termination themselves. According to a report by the New York Post’s Page Six, employees have been warned that failing to relay their own knowledge about misconduct will not be tolerated. A source told the tabloid: “Staffers have been told that if they find out about any affairs, romances, inappropriate relationships or behavior in the office, they have to report it to human resources, their superior, or the company anti-harassment phone line.”
