Whenever my neck is killing me, I reach for this gizmo. It’s just a pillow that helps stretch the back of my neck out, and within minutes my neck pain is relieved. If I knew it was that easy, I would’ve gotten this thing years ago. The pillow-like device deforms after lying down on it, so it reduces pressure in a way that eases my spine into relaxation mode.
