Nevada's GOP has finally given in to New Hampshire in the fight for a crucial caucus in January. After a week of intense pressure from the Republican National Committee, presidential campaigns, and New Hampshire's political circle, Nevada's GOP voted on Saturday to push back its caucus from Jan. 14 to Feb. 4. “We want to make sure that Nevada’s voice is strong,” said Nevada GOP chairwoman Amy Tarkanian. “We don’t need to be New Hampshire’s piñata." New Hampshire is now expected to announce its first-in-the-nation primary for Jan. 10, though Secretary of State Bill Gardener's office said he won't make the announcement before Monday.
