A Los Angeles jury has found the late Anna Nicole Smith's doctor—as well as her boyfriend and lawyer, Howard K. Stern—guilty on charges of providing drugs to a known addict. Stern and the physician, Dr. Khristine Eroshevich, were also charged with obtaining those drugs through the use of aliases. The convictions do not relate to Smith's death; the former Playboy model died of an accidental overdose of a sleep aid. Stern and Eroshevich are looking at up to three years each in prison.
