Because we watch Trumpland TV so you don't have to, today we learned Newsmax TV host and conspiracy theorist Wayne Allyn Root is not fond of the idea that teaching acceptance of transgender individuals is good.
Speaking to caller “Jerry from Kentucky,” Root brought up NEA president Lily Eskelsen García’s appearance last week for Read Across America Day with Human Rights Campaign spokeswoman Sarah McBride, at which the two read from I Am Jazz, a children’s book about growing up transgender.
That came after the caller had this to say:

We also gotta look at the college professors, the high-school teachers, and now going to our kindergartners, teaching these kids, that’s what Hitler done back in the ’30s, destroyed those young kids’ brains, and their minds.

The head of the national education union said that it’s great that kindergarten teachers teach transgender is good to kindergartners. It's sick! It’s sick in the head! It’s mental illness.

Jerry continued, alleging whatever vague corruptions wrought by kindergarten teachers were prompted by President George W. Bush’s No Child Left Behind legislation. “It’s all tied in together.”
