A New York City news anchor was suddenly fired this week, reportedly after making an off-color remark on a hot mic. Ken Rosato, who helmed Eyewitness News This Morning on WABC, was not on the air at the time, but whatever he said was enough to make the station part ways with him, Page Six reported. Details of the comment have not been made public, but a rep for Rosato said it did not involve a racial slur.
